NON-GAAP MEASURES
NON-GAAP MEASURES
This website, operated by ESGold Corp. and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “ESGold,” “ESGold Corp,” the “Company,” “we,” or “our”), includes references to several non-GAAP financial measures. These metrics, such as “AISC” (All-in Sustaining Costs), “cash costs per ounce sold,” “adjusted earnings,” “basic adjusted earnings per share,” “net cash,” “total debt,” “capital,” “operating margin,” “free cash flow,” and “working capital,” are utilized to provide additional insight into the Company’s financial performance. However, these measures do not have a standardized definition under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and may be calculated differently by other companies, making direct comparisons challenging.
The term “Cash Costs” refers to the cost of producing each ounce of silver or gold sold, factoring in by-product credits. Similarly, “AISC” represents the total cost of sustaining operations on a per-ounce basis for silver or gold, also net of by-product credits.
