(“Secova” or the “Company”) (CSE: SEK, Frankfurt: N4UN, USA: SEKZF), is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated August 17, 2021, the Company has received confirmation from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) that the common shares of the Company (the “Shares”) are expected to commence trading on the CSE under the symbol “SEK” at the opening of the market on October 6, 2021. The Company previously requested that the Shares be voluntarily delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange, and this occurred at the close of the market on September 13, 2021.
